ATTENTION TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS

IN NOVEMBER OF 2015, I RUPTURED MY RIGHT BICEPT MUSCEL WHICH INURN EFFECTED THE ULNER NERVE IN MY RIGHT ARM. THIS HAS LEFT MY RIGHT HAND VIRYUALLY USELESS AS FAR AS MAKING FLUTES IS CONCERNED.

I AM SORRY TO SAY, THAT EFFECTIVR IMMEADIATELY, I MUST STOP MAKING FLUTES, AT LEAST FOR PERHAPS THE NEXT YEAR. THE NERVE IS VERY SLOW AT HEALING AND THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES.

I DO HAVE A SMALL INVENTORY OF FLUTES, MOSTLY MY MORE EXPENSIVE MODELS, LAMINATED AND BEADED, THAT I AM WILLING TO SELL AT A 50% DISCOUNT. ANYONE INYERESTED SHOULD CONTACT ME VIA ravenspirit@toast.net.

THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING.

Loon Carving (New for 2013)

Limited edition, 50 pieces

Hi! I'm Gerry Ouellette, creator of Raven Song Flutes. Welcome to my site.

I began making flutes in 1993 when I met an Ojibway elder and fifth generation flute maker, Grandfather Hollis Littlecreek. Hollis passed over in 1999, so I guess you could say that I am helping to carry on his tradition. I hope I am doing him justice as I still make flutes in the style and tradition that he taught me.

If you are looking for a well crafted, affordable flute, one that will serve you well both now and as your playing skills develop, you have come to the right place. Browse through the pages and visit the Flute Catalog page where you will see some incredible flutes at very affordable prices. All of the flutes pictured are very well crafted and are tuned to both Mode 1 and Mode 4 of the Pentatonic Scale.

I want people to have a good sounding, well made flute and I stand behind each flute one-hundred percent. If you are displeased for any reason, return the flute in good condition within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, whichever you choose.

However, it is not all about selling flutes. As you browse through the pages you will find information about selecting playing and caring for your flute as well as a wealth of information on how Raven Song Flutes are made. There is also a page on flute stories collected over the years. I hope you enjoy the site.

Having spent many years perfecting my flutes, I feel the same about this site. I invite your feed back. After visiting the site, please, if you wish, go to the "Contact Us" page and give me your opinion. Please be candid as I value your opinion and wish to improve the site to serve you better.

Click on the links to the left to begin your journey. Enjoy!
